Cipierre is making a name for itself as one of the most dynamic firms in expansion in the locks and accessories for armoured doors production sector.

The firm’s legal headquarters and production plants are located in the municipality of Guidonia, in the province of Rome. It was established in 1978 as a one-man business. In the early years of activity the firm exclusively carried out mechanical processings on behalf of third parties.

In 1984 it was decided to develop the safety sector, in particular that pertaining to the design and production of accessories for armoured doors, keeping however the activity on behalf of third parties.

In subsequent years, following the increase in its sales turnover, the firm expanded its structure, going from the original 150 sq.m to the current 4200 sq.m of production area.

This development allowed Cipierre to set up cooperation and supply programmes with important firms operating in the safety sector. The commercial and productive development also led the firm to set up an organisation process which culminated in October 2002 with ISO - 9001-94 Quality Certification, subsequently implemented in conformity with the new 9001/2000 (VISION) standards.
